One year before the
19th ITS World Congress takes
place in Vienna, prestigious Austrian companies, operators and
ventures will present their newly developed solutions at the ITS
World Congress in Orlando. From 16 to 20 October 2011, the Austrian
Ministry of Transport, Innovation, and Technology, AustriaTech and
Advantage Austria will be present on their
200m2 stand. The partners are:
Austrian Institute of Technology, Asfinag, AMV Networks, ITS Vienna
Region, Fluidtime, Efkon, and FH Technikum.
With one year to go until the
19th ITS World Congress takes

Technikum at the ITS World Congress in Orlando from the 16 to 20

The agenda for activities at the
Austrian booth includes a variety of special sessions and on
Monday, 17 October from 5 pm the Austrians invite everyone to a
"meet & greet" at booth 1703.
Varied congress programme
at ITS Orlando 2011
Several experts from bmvit and
AustriaTech will also speak at the World Congress in Orlando.
AustriaTechs' Managing Director Martin Russ and Chair of the ITS
Vienna 2012 Reinhard Pfliegl give their presentations on Tuesday.
Women are a central theme at ITS Vienna 2012, so in the spirit of
this a "Women in ITS" breakfast is organised and a session on
"Women in ITS" will also take place on Wednesday 19 October. The
"ITS Vienna 2012" Special Session will take place on Thursday 20
October were experts will give a forecast to the World Congress in
Vienna 2012.
