The Paris Region exhibitors will once again be taking an active
part in ITS World Congress (Hall B, Stand D40). This year two
institutional partners, the competitiveness cluster Mov'eo and the
Paris Region Economic Development Agency will be joined by eight
Paris Region businesses, members of the Mov'eo cluster.
The competitiveness cluster
Mov'eo
Mov'eo is a research driven cluster dedicated
to the domain of automobile and mobility. It gathers 340 members
(52% are SMEs). Mov'eo works on collaborative and innovative
projects with the aim to reinforcing international competitiveness
of French businesses. The cluster forecasts developments in clean
technologies, low CO2 vehicles and life cycle assessment. Since it
was created in 2006, Mov'eo has initiated more than 136 R&D
projects which have received public support (283 million
euros).
The Paris Region Economic Development
Agency
Founded in 2001, the Paris Region Economic Development Agency
(PREDA) helps attract new investment to the region to foster
development and generate employment. PREDA has developed an array
of services to assist businesses looking to set up and grow their
business in Paris Region. These services cover all the main aspects
involved in setting up: seeking premises and recruiting staff,
advice on tax, legal matters and strategy for sustainable
development, identifying commercial partners and R&D...
