There are just two weeks left to send in submissions for the
2012 ITS Video Competition. The deadline is Friday, 7 September
2012. Submissions should include promotional videos which show
Intelligent Transport Systems, whether aimed at the ITS community
or the general public. The competition aims to make the use of ITS
more widespread by widening the viewing audiences of the entries,
which will all be hosted on the websites of host and regional ITS
organisations, creating a huge amount of exposure for the
entrants.
Finalists will be shown and voted upon at the VIP dinner at the
ITS World Congress in Vienna in October 2012, and the winning video
in each category will be played during the Closing Ceremony of the
Congress.
The competition is organised by ERTICO - ITS Europe, with the
support of ITS America and ITS Asia Pacific, the host organisation
of the Vienna ITS Congress and the Network of National ITS
Associations, and in conjunction with the i-Mobility Network.
