    On 22 October 2012 the European Commission is organising its 3rd Conference on Intelligent Transport in Europe within the framework of the 19th ITS World Congress at Messe Wien, Room Stolz 1&2 and foyer Stolz. The conference main objective is to provide and discuss results of the ITS Action Plan and to present the status of the implementation of the ITS Directive 2010/40/EU.> more

  • Pleasant results of "ITS Scientific Award"

    Prior to the ITS World Congress taking place in Vienna from 22 to 26 October 2012 the Austrian Ministry for Transport, Innovation and Technology tendered the "ITS Scientific Award". Until 30 June 2012 students were asked to submit their thesis or dissertation on various ITS-related topics.> more

  • AustriaTech goes to "KinderuniWien"

    This year, AustriaTech, in cooperation with the University of Applied Sciences Technikum Wien, has twice made it possible for around 80 children to visit impressive hot spots of transport technology. The first time, around 200 excited children took part in lectures on the theme of transport management, held within the children's university.> more
