The joint driving demonstration ’Cooperative Mobility’ visualises how cooperative Intelligent Transport Systems support drivers of all vehicle classes by warning in critical situations and informing about traffic conditions. The demonstration, powered by DRIVE C2X, lets visitors experience how cooperative systems contribute to higher traffic safety, efficiency and comfort on European roads.

The CEREMH is the French National Centre of Expertise for Mobility. We are an NGO working on accessibility and mobility for the elderly and disabled. Current projects include using virtual reality and simulators to evaluate accessibility and the real-time guidance of pedestrians with smartphones to accessible routes and transport. Co-Cities is a pilot project to introduce and validate cooperative mobility services in cities and urban areas. The pilots will be run in Bilbao, Florence, Munich, Prague, Reading, and Vienna. The result will be an increased exchange of experience between public authorities and service providers in Europe.
