The project set ways4All supports people with special needs when they are using public transport. The project combines indoor and outdoor navigation, traffic information systems, communication with public transport and an intuitive user interface. The result is a barrier-free application for mobile devices in combination with a special infrastructure.

Wiener Linien operates the public transport system in Vienna. In the year 2011, 875 million people took advantage of the 90 bus, 28 tram and 5 underground lines.
